How To Place An Order:
Our items are a available online using our secure server. You will receive an email confirmation that your order has been received.

Complete the MI order form and send it along with your payment. Personal checks are accepted but will delay shipment until the check has cleared. A money order or certified check will expedite your order without delay.
Our Fax machine is online 24 hours a day to receive your order.
We are located in the Phoenix Metro area. Call ahead of time and we will have your order waiting.
We use FedEx and USPS for most orders. Shipping charges and options with be calculated by the web cart at check out. Please call or email us if you would like a quote or if you have a special request not offered on the web cart. Also, call or email us if you want to use your shipping account for the shipping cost.

Terms & Conditions:
Prepaid or C.O.D. Net 30 terms are accepted from educational institutions. Net Terms on industry P.O.’s must be arranged PRIOR to shipments-call for details. Please mail or Fax your signed copy of the purchase order. We cannot ship your order without it. Minimum order for net terms is $150.00. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
All items from Meredith Instruments are sold with our satisfaction guarantee: If you are unsatisfied for any reason return your item(s) to us within 30 days, in its original condition, along with your receipt and we will gladly replace/repair the item(s), exchange it toward another item, or refund your money, whichever you choose. Cash refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
When returning items to Meredith Instruments, you must ship your package freight prepaid and well packed. We will not be responsible for items damaged in transit back to us. You must include a copy of the invoice, along with a brief explanation and state whether you would prefer a replacement, an exchange, or a refund.
Problem With An Order:
If you should have a problem or question about an order, please call us at (623) 934-9387. In case of products damaged in shipping, save the box and wrappings it came in and notify the carrier and us of the damage immediately.
All products are warranted through Meredith Instruments for 30 days unless stated otherwise. This warranty does not cover abuse, modification, disassembly or, in the case of kits, failure to assemble properly.
Quantity discounts may apply when ordering 10 or more of the same item. Please call for a quote.
