YAG & Solid State Lasers

  • Used, flashlamp trigger board for the SSY-1 Nd:YAG laser head. Click HERE for the schematic of the PFN, trigger circuit, and laser head. Click HERE for more info on solid state power supplies.   • New neodymium-doped yttrium vanadate (Nd:YVO4) crystal. The dopant level is 3 percent. The ends are polished flat, parallel, and uncoated. Dimensions are 3 x 3.3 x 12 mm.
  • Used surplus Neodymium doped YAG laser rods. The ends are polished and AR coated for 1064nm. These were used in flashlamp pumped rangefinders. Dimensions are 1.65" long x .138" diameter (42mm x 3.5mm dia.)  Note: We will not export this laser rod. Export of this item is controlled by the U.S. Government and may require an export license.   • New Nd:YAG (neodymium-doped yttrium aluminum garnet Nd:Y3Al5O12) crystal. Dimensions are 3.8 x 3.8 x 1.8 mm. The dopant level is 1.4 percent. The large surfaces are polished flat and parallel.
  • KTP Potassium titanyl phosphate (KTiOPO4) crystal 2.7 x 3 x 2.2 mm made by Cristal Laser SA for Melles Griot. These were used for second harmonic generation (SHG) commonly called frequency doubling, converting 1064nm laser light to 532nm in a DPSS laser system. These are new crystals in factory packaging.
